DIY: Fingerpaint Christmas Tree Activity

Merry Christmas Eve!
In the mood to do a fun and simple activity with your children on Christmas Eve? I have a Fingerpaint Christmas Tree Activity tutorial for you!
My daughter, Coral enjoyed this activity very much so I know your children will, too!
All you need are holiday colored paints, tape & a piece of paper! You can have your kids do this while you finish cooking up a big meal for the Christmas Eve party. Otherwise, join them and make yourself one!

Cut the tape with a scissor to make the trees. I put a thick tape as the base. Cut more of the tape in half lengthwise to make them look like branches.
I added a bit of water to each color paint to have a bit of watercolor effect.
You can finish your piece of paper with paint splatter. Dip your finger in the watery paint then flick your finger toward the paper.
When you are done, peel the tape off slowly from top to bottom. Let the papers dry then hang up on the wall!
See how the gold paint splatter sparkles?!
Now you have something FUN to do on Christmas Eve for your children while you cook up a storm.
